Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, eligible website purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

To initiate a return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

If returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

We do not reimburse original or return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Custom Work Policy

Delivery:

Upon request of delivery, The Fine Grainery LLC will only deliver to the address provided. Any action where a member of the business helps move items into the address location is acting in good faith and is not not liable for any damages. Any discrepancy in the product shall be addressed upon inspection prior to delivery inside the address location. The Fine Grainery LLC relinquishes responsibility of the furniture thereafter.

Installation:

The Fine Grainery LLC is not to be held liable for damages on agreed installation. All items for installation/assembly will be done upon scheduled delivery. Delays resulting in rescheduling, unrelated to The Fine Grainery LLC, will be charged to the buyer.

Shipping:

Shipping varies per item. In the event of damages and/or preauthorized returns, the buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges.

Design Accuracy:

The Fine Grainery LLC reserves the right for measurement accuracy with 1/2” of specified invoice dimensions and to alter product design to improve the structural stability and for any unforeseen issues. Careful consideration has gone into the designs to reduce the effects of wood movement due the atmospheric and material moisture content gradient. Ambient changes in temperature and humidity can cause expansion and contraction along the wood grain which may result in warping and cracking of the finished product. These intrinsic risks of wood products are not claimable defects. The Fine Grainery LLC requires all clients to maintain a 30% interior humidity level to avoid the deformation of products. The Fine Grainery LLC is not liable for any deformations while in the client’s possession.

Returns:

Upon agreement of returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied with a return payment conducted with 30 days. This includes but is not limited to the rejection of items upon initial delivery. The buyer is responsible for delivery in original condition.

Late Payment:

All custom furniture pieces requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due upon completion, prior to scheduling of delivery. The buyer has 14 days to schedule delivery. After that the invoice will be subject to a 2% late fee of the total invoice amount per week, until the payment is fulfilled.
