Keep your bread knife's edge protected when it's not in use. This slip-on blade cover guards the serrations against nicks and dulling from drawers, utensil crocks, and travel, and keeps hands safe when reaching for the knife.
The cover is made of durable, food-safe plastic that wipes clean easily. It slides on and off in seconds and is sized to fit The Fine Grainery bread bow knives.
All bread knives shipped from October 2026 onward include a blade cover. This add-on is for customers who purchased a bread knife before then and would like to add one.
