These wall mounted magnetic bottle openers have been part of the shop for years, but they’re nearing the end of their run. A small number remain in African Mahogany, and once they’re gone we have no plans to produce more unless we decide to do a limited batch again in the future. They’ve served us well, but the shop is shifting toward newer designs and more functional pieces.
Each opener is crafted from carefully selected hardwood chosen for its natural character and grain. Options have included ambrosia maple, walnut, African mahogany, quarter-sawn white oak, zebrawood, and occasionally blackened ash. Every piece is shaped, sanded smooth, and finished to highlight the unique qualities of the wood.
A hidden magnet embedded in the body catches bottle caps as they fall, keeping them from scattering across the floor or countertop. It’s a small feature, but one that quickly becomes appreciated in everyday use.
Mounted on the wall, the opener stays out of the way while remaining easy to reach when needed. The result is a tool that feels simple, durable, and quietly refined—just a good piece of wood doing its job well.
